The official meeting concerned the current state of the project. It was organized on-line using
Skype. Issues realeted to the currently performed Intellectual Outputs,
administrative matters were discussed. Moreover, the agenda of the first LTT activity was discussed
in details and the tasks were also assigned to the individuals. Consortium organized this official
TPM meeting due to the arrangements with the National Agency that concerned postponing of the
phisical meeting from 2020 to May 2021.
Participants of the meeting who are responsible for management shared the arrangements of the
meetings with their teams in partner organizations (after the meeting). The meeting was moderated
by a project manager. Programme of the meeting was proposed as follows: 14:00 - 15:30: Project
management issues (between 14:00 and 15:00 documents will be shared and read by participants).
15:30 - 16:00: LTT event in Poland: discussion. 16:00 - 16:30: Intellectual Output 1 discussion.
16:30 - 16:50 Intellectual Output 2 discussion. 16:50 - 17:00 Questions and answers. It should be
also stated that project partners meet regularly on Skype (every few weeks) in "regular meetings".
We decided about this form of an additional meetings and we are going to organize them in the
future, even if stationary meetings are possible due to a lack of COVID travelling restrictions.
